Terms of Use


Payments Accepted:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

We will only ship to a billing address unless a person will add a ship to address to the credit card being used.

 

Fees:

Shipments and pick up’s (in Ohio) require Cuyahoga County sales tax.

 

Shipping Information:

We will process your order within 24 hours.

We will ship anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us for additional shipping fees.

We will not ship to P.O., A.P.O. or F.P.O. Boxes.

All items are shipped fully insured at no additional charge to you.

Small items ship UPS or Fed Ex. Large items usually ship freight carrier to insure safe arrival. Please note that extra shipping fees may apply in some remote areas. Please contact us to verify shipping prices. Shipping is curbside, however in most cases if someone is willing and capable to help the driver, the driver "usually" is willing to help put the item where needed. (Additional services are available, please contact us for details).

 

Pick-Up:

Items can be picked. In some cases shipping fees will still apply due to shipping from our warehouse. Please contact us for more information.

 

Delivery:

Usually within 48 hours of your order being placed you will receive tracking and a invoice for your purchase via your email account. Standard freight is 3-5 business days but can take 3-10 business days if there are unforeseen delays. (Business days are Monday thru Friday, holidays are not considered business days.) Standard delivery time is Monday thru Friday 9-5 PM.

 

Returns:

If an item arrives with noticeable external damage, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. INTERNAL INSPECTION MUST BE DONE WHILE DRIVER IS PRESENT. THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS INTERNAL INSPECTION PROCEDURE. We do come across defective items from time to time. All defective items will be handled through the manufacturer. We will work with our clients and manufacturers to insure the item will be working properly in a timely fashion. Non-defective returns are accepted, however there is a 25% restocking fee. Non-defective returns can not be excepted after 15 days from date of purchase. Special order items can not be returned. Everything must be returned in the original packaging or a return can not be processed.

Cancellations: In the event a order is cancelled, after a credit card is charged, the client will be responsible for credit card fees. In the event the item has shipped, the freight charges and credit card fees will be charged to the client. We are billed these fees, we are sorry for anyones cancelation, however these fees would cripple a low margin industry.
